Terms & Conditions
Terms & Conditions
EFFECTIVE DATE APRIL 28, 2026
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all website visitors and to all pressure
washing and mobile detailing services provided by Jay the Pressure King (“Company,” “we,”
“us”). By using our website, requesting an estimate, scheduling service, or allowing work to
begin, you (“Customer,” “you”) agree to these Terms.
1. Services & Scope of Work
• Services may include, as applicable: exterior pressure washing/soft washing,
surface cleaning, driveway/sidewalk cleaning, house wash, fence, deck/patio cleaning, gUTTER CLEANING, TRASH BIN SANITIZING and mobile vehicle detailing.
• The specific scope, pricing, and deliverables will be described in the written
estimate, invoice, text/email confirmation, or work order (the “Work Order”). The
Work Order controls if it differs from any general website description.
• Any services not listed in the Work Order are not included and may require an
additional charge and/or rescheduling.
2. Estimates, Pricing & Changes
• Estimates are based on information provided by you and/or visible conditions at the
time of quoting. If conditions differ on arrival (e.g., heavier staining, additional
square footage, access limitations, excessive debris, pet waste, oxidation, paint
failure), pricing and/or time required may change.
• We may require an on-site verification before final pricing.
• If you request changes to the scope after scheduling, we will confirm any price or
schedule changes before proceeding.
• Unless stated otherwise, prices are for the listed work only and do not include
repairs, repainting, stain removal beyond typical results, or replacement of
damaged materials.
3. Scheduling, Arrival Windows & Access
• Appointment times may be provided as an arrival window rather than an exact time
due to travel, traffic, and job duration variability.
• Many exterior services are weather-dependent. We may reschedule for rain,
lightning, extreme wind, freezing temperatures, or other unsafe conditions.
• You agree to provide safe access to the work area, including gate codes,
parking/driveway access, and permission to enter the property as needed.
• You agree to provide access to a working outdoor water spigot and (when required)
electrical power within a reasonable distance of the work area.
4. Deposits, Payment Terms & Late Fees
• A deposit may be required to reserve your appointment time, especially for large
jobs or peak scheduling periods. Unless required by law, deposits are nonrefundable
and will be applied to the final invoice.
• Payment is due upon completion of services unless we agree otherwise in writing.
• We may accept cash, card, electronic transfer, or other methods as communicated
at booking. You agree to pay any applicable processing fees if disclosed in advance.
• Past-due balances may be subject to late fees and/or collection costs as allowed by law.
5. Cancellations & Rescheduling
• Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Short-notice
cancellations or no-shows may be charged a trip fee or cancellation fee.
• If we arrive and cannot perform the work due to lack of access, utilities, unsafe
conditions, or items not moved as required, a trip fee may apply and the
appointment may need to be rescheduled.
• Weather-related reschedules are not subject to cancellation fees.
6. Service Conditions, Stains & Expected Results
• We use professional methods intended to clean surfaces safely; however, results
vary based on material, age, prior maintenance, prior coatings/sealants, and the
type/depth of staining.
• Certain stains may not fully remove, including (without limitation) rust, oil, battery
acid, irrigation stains, efflorescence, oxidation, and paint/clear-coat failure.
• Some surfaces may have pre-existing damage (e.g., loose paint, cracked wood,
brittle siding, failing caulk, etched concrete). Cleaning may reveal or make these
conditions more noticeable. We are not responsible for pre-existing or latent defects.
7. Customer Responsibilities (Property & Vehicle)
• Please remove or secure fragile items and personal property near the work area (e.g., patio furniture, décor, toys, planters). If you would like us to move items, request it in advance; additional charges may apply.
• Please keep pets and children away from the work area during service.
• Please ensure windows and doors are fully closed and that any leaking fixtures are disclosed to us before service.
• For mobile detailing: remove valuables and personal items from the vehicle before service. We are not responsible for loss of valuables left in the vehicle.
• You represent that you have authority to authorize the services at the location/vehicle and to grant us access.
8. Damage Claims, Liability & Limitation of Liability
• Please inspect the work promptly upon completion. Any concerns or damage claims must be reported to us within 48 hours of service (or sooner if required by law) so we can investigate. Claims reported after this window may be denied.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to services or the website will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including loss of use, loss of profits, or diminished value), to the extent permitted by law.
• Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
9. Satisfaction, Rework & Refunds
• If you are not satisfied with the results, please contact us within 24 hours. When appropriate, we may offer a re-clean/rework of the affected area as the primary remedy.
• Refunds (if any) are provided at our discretion and may be prorated based on the portion of work completed, materials used, and scheduling costs.
10. Photos & Marketing
We may take before-and-after photos or video of the work area/vehicle for quality control and marketing. We will not intentionally include personally identifying information (such as faces, license plates, house numbers, or other sensitive details) when posting publicly. If you PREFER THAT we do not use photos for marketing, please tell us before service begins.
11. Website Use

13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where prohibited by law.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will apply as of the date it is posted (or as otherwise stated). For services already scheduled, the Terms in effect at the time of booking will generally apply.
